Working Days: Monday to Friday- 9:30 am- 6 pm ; All Saturdays- 9:30 am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning and design management for residential projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project execution teams.
- Monitor design approvals and mitigate project-related risks.
- Support management in strategic architectural and project decisions.
- Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
Experience & Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Strong experience in large residential townships and high-rise residential developments.
- Expertise in consultant coordination and project management.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and architectural execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
