We're Hiring | Tech Team Lead - Database (Google/GCP)

Join our team and lead service operations for Google Cloud database support environments.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6to 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Monitor case flow, quality, queue performance, and SLA/SLO compliance

Drive operational excellence and process adherence

Lead coaching, onboarding, and training initiatives

Manage escalations and stakeholder communications

Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights

What We're Looking For

Understanding of Database Technologies

Strong Service Operations and Metrics knowledge

Experience with Case Management Systems & Dashboards

Reporting and Analytical Skills

Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management

Good to Have: Google Cloud certifications and Cloud/Managed Services experience.
