What You’ll DoDrive Lean and Six Sigma projects that improve throughput, quality, and costGather and analyze production data through time studies and process mapping to find waste and bottlenecksTrack performance metrics and share results and recommendations with leadershipRun Kaizen events and lead cross-functional problem-solving sessions
What You’ll Bring2–4 years in continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry xzbcwsv (pharma, biotech, med device, or food & bev)A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into clear action plansEnjoyment of daily hands-on work on the production floorA foundation in Lean/Six Sigma; Green Belt preferred
