Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Brand & Visual Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a passion for graphic design, presentations, and branding. The candidate will design corporate presentations, company profiles, LinkedIn creatives, and marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

* Design professional company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, and business proposals.

* Create engaging LinkedIn posts and other social media creatives on a weekly basis.

* Design brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.

* Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.

* Assist the marketing and business development teams with design requirements.

* Create and update design templates for presentations and social media.

* Edit images, icons, and graphics using design software.

* Stay updated on current design trends and continuously improve design quality.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply (0–2 years of experience).

* A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal design projects.

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.

* Familiarity with Figma is an added advantage.

* Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

* Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work in a collaborative environment.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
