We are looking for a sharp-eyed, detail-oriented Quality Controller with 2-5 years of experience to be the final quality gate for our creative output. The role involves reviewing all print and digital creatives prepared by the design team before they are released to clients, published or sent for production. Key Responsibilities · Conduct final quality and copy checks on print & digital creatives. · Proofread for spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting errors . · Ensure creatives strictly adhere to client briefs and brand guidelines . · Check logo usage, colours, fonts, placement, mandatory copy, disclaimers, dimensions and formats. · Cross-check creatives against approved copy, briefs and client instructions . · Identify errors, inconsistencies and missing information before final release. · Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Copywriters and Client Servicing teams for corrections. · Ensure quality checks and corrections are completed within project timelines . · Maintain consistency and accuracy across all client communication. What We’re Looking For · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy . · Excellent command of written English . · Strong proofreading and copy-checking skills. · Ability to understand brand guidelines and client briefs . · Patient, meticulous and highly organised. · Ability to manage multiple creatives and deadlines. · Strong coordination and communication skills. · Prior experience in an advertising/creative agency, publishing, content or proofreading role will be an advantage.
