Role Overview
We are hiring an Assistant Payroll Manager to lead US payroll processing and support monthly financial books closing during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
US Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of multi-state US payroll using ADP, Quick Books, and other tools; manage tax withholdings, deductions, and federal/state compliance.
Books Closing & Accounting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-to-GL matching.
Reporting & Audits: Reconcile payroll registers and resolve payroll or ledger discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in US payroll administration and general accounting.
Hands-on proficiency with ADP, Quick Books , and Advanced MS Excel.
CA Intern background preferred, or equivalent finance degree.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
