Ltd. (VISIONTEK) </b> is scaling up its Solar Division nationwide. We are looking for high-performing <b>Area Sales Managers (ASMs) </b> to expand our distribution channels, appoint key dealers, and drive revenue growth across critical regional markets. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li><b>Channel Network Expansion: </b> Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors, dealers, and systems integrators to boost market penetration. </li><li><b>Target Achievement: </b> Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned state/territory across retail, B2B, and institutional channels. </li><li><b>Partner Engagement: </b> Build long-term relationships with regional solar EPC contractors, installers, and channel partners to maximize productivity. </li><li><b>Field Leadership: </b> Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and gather ground-level intelligence to maintain market dominance. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Mandatory Candidate Profile: </b> </p><ul><li><b>Experience: </b> 6 to 10 years of overall sales experience. </li><li><b>Mandatory Domain: </b> Proven track record in selling <b>Solar Inverters (String/Central/Microinverters) </b> or <b>Solar PV Systems </b>. (Candidates without Solar/Inverter experience will not be evaluated). </li><li><b>Core Competency: </b> Demonstrated success in <b>Distribution Management </b>, <b>Dealer Network Expansion </b>, and <b>Channel Partner Handling </b>. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p> <b>Target Locations: </b> Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Coimbatore (TN/Kerala), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and surrounding regional hubs. </p>
