Commercial Gas Engineer

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Mobile Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per year, dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week About us: SHEco is a well-established building services company providing maintenance and installation for commercial clients across the UK, including schools, universities, healthcare sites and offices. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. About the role: You'll be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gas plant. Typical work includes: * Strip out and install of commercial boilers and associated plant room equipment * Servicing and repairing commercial boilers, burners and associated plant room equipment * Diagnosing and fixing faults on reactive call-outs * Carrying out gas safety checks, tightness testing and purging * Completing job sheets and certification accurately on a handheld device * Advising clients on remedial works and identifying quoting opportunities About you: * Current Gas Safe registration with commercial tickets: COCN1, CODNCO1 and CIGA1 as a minimum (ICPN1, CPA1 and TPCP1 are a plus) * At least 2-3 years' experience as a commercial gas engineer * Strong fault-finding skills on commercial heating systems * Full UK driving licence * A professional, customer-focused approach Desirable: * OFTEC, unvented, IPAF/PASMA or commercial catering tickets What we offer: * Competitive salary * Company van with personal use * 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension * Paid training and ticket renewals * Mobile phone, tablet, uniform and PPE provided * Company Discount Scheme on everyday purchases Additional Information: Please click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.
