Job Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to support our premier ecommerce client’s growing marketplace operations. The Marketplace Specialist assists with core functions in operating, maintaining and growing an e-commerce marketplace, including reviewing product content, troubleshooting, seller onboarding and support, and troubleshooting. The role is temporary with potential to convert to permanent, working hybrid (onsite M-R) in Menomonee Falls, WI.

ACCOUNTABILITIESSELLER SUPPORTHelp manage the company’s marketplace platform (Mirakl) for resolving errors, accepting items, and product upload errorsAct as the gatekeeper for potential products to be sold on the ecommerce site.
INTERNAL SUPPORTWork with internal teams to setup approved products for sale on the ecommerce siteWork with cross-functional teams to execute improvements to grow and improve user experienceAssist with the return process for marketplace orders
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDExperience xzbcwsv in digital, merchandising, or other relevant experienceOrganized and detail-oriented, with strong editorial skillsProblem solver with an analytical approachGreat interpersonal skills
PREFERREDBachelor’s DegreeExperienced in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
