Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a PM, speaks up when something doesn't work for the user, and can build a design system from scratch. You've got 4-6 years of design experience in product companies, you're just as comfortable prototyping with AI as sketching on a whiteboard, and you're genuinely curious about new tools - Claude Design, Rive, Spline, whatever dropped last week. If you like solving hard, ambiguous problems and shipping fast, this is your kind of team.

What you'll do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Create beautiful, functional UI designs that are easy and enjoyable to use.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Create original graphic designs.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, applying strong analytical thinking to diagnose root causes
• Apply AI-assisted workflows and vibe coding to speed up design-to-build handoff
• Design and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products
• Promote and educate teams on design guidelines and patterns, helping evolve the existing design system
• Clearly communicate design ideas and decisions to key stakeholders through documentation, reviews, and presentations
• Experience designing enterprise software is a plus

What you bring

• 4–6 years of experience designing and delivering digital products from start to finish in cross-functional teams
• Decent UI design skills, backed by a strong portfolio of design projects
• Sharp problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
• Experience leading design initiatives and fostering a collaborative design culture
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build alignment and consensus
• Must-have: hands-on experience with AI workflows
• Vibe coding is preferred.
• Comfortable using AI throughout the design process - from ideation and prototyping to research synthesis and documentation - to work faster and explore more possibilities
• Strong design judgment to evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated outputs
• Ability to provide clear design context and instructions to help AI generate high-quality, consistent, and user-centered outcomes
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate across stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or a related field
