Position Title

Human Resources Coordinator

Pay Range

$25.00 to $30.00

Job Summary

Support daily Human Resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and employee service in a busy sports and entertainment venue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and applicant follow-up.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR system data.
• Assist with timecard corrections and payroll inquiries.
• Respond to routine employee questions and refer concerns to HR management.
• Track required training and assist with employee communications and recognition.
• Support event-day HR operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
