ABOUT THE ROLE This is a critical leadership role at Gryd Co. We're looking for a driven, vision-led Team Lead — someone who takes real ownership of client accounts and team outcomes, not just oversight of them. You'll manage client relationships, set the direction for project execution, and lead a team of Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, and Designers.
