What the job looks like- Run the email program in HubSpot (or Mailchimp, with a move to HubSpot on the horizon)- Build lifecycle flows, nurture tracks and segments that match how customers buy- Keep the contact database clean: dedupes, list hygiene, opt-outs- Build forms, landing pages and A/B tests- Report on opens, clicks and pipeline in a way the sales team trusts- Handle light HTML when a template needs it
What I'm looking for- 3+ years running email and automation programs- HubSpot, with Mailchimp or Constant Contact in the background xzbcwsv - Working knowledge of deliverability: sender reputation, authentication, list quality- Light HTML and CSS- Based in the Charleston area or ready to move
Nice to have- Salesforce- Klaviyo or Shopify email
