Sales AssociateRon Bouchard's Acura of Auburn Store is growing and seeking new sales associates to join our multi-dealership family! We have many locations including Honda, Acura, Nissan, Kia and Chrysler Dodge Ram.Using current knowledge of the auto industry, you will work with clients to evaluate their needs and desires while provide exemplary service true to our brand. From showcasing features and warranties to setting up test drives, you will focus on fostering positive and long lasting relationships with each customer.Job Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their automotive needsConduct thorough interviews to identify customers' preferences, budget, and vehicle requirementsMaintains an understanding of features and benefits of vehicles within dealership inventoryGuide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.Conduct test drives and highlight key features to showcase the value of the vehicles.Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing transactions.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolutionCompensation and Benefits:Competitive compensation packagesTwo weeks of paid time off with paid holidaysComprehensive Health, Dental and Vision insurance plans401(K), Roth 401(K) and company matchEmployee discountsRecommended Qualifications:Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
