Minimum Qualifications:

 Education: ME/MTech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT).

 Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience at the collegiate level and a strong track record of research and publication in reputable journals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Instruction

 Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology.

 Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure students develop critical thinking and technical skills.

2. Industry-Related Training and Development

 Design and conduct industry-aligned training programs to equip students with practical skills required in the job market.

 Develop modules focused on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security, Data Science, and Cloud Computing.

 Partner with industry experts to integrate real-world scenarios and case studies into academic learning.

3. Research and Scholarship

 Conduct and publish high-impact research in reputable journals and conferences.

 Mentor students on research projects, fostering a culture of inquiry and innovation.

4. Student Mentorship

 Provide academic advising and career guidance, supporting students’ academic progress and long-term professional goals.

 Assist students in developing research proposals and participating in academic competitions or conferences.

5. Laboratory Oversight

 Design, supervise, and improve laboratory sessions to give students hands-on experience with the latest tools and techniques.

 Ensure that lab sessions complement theoretical instruction and support practical skill development.

6. Assessment and Evaluation

 Prepare and evaluate exams, assignments, and projects to measure student learning outcomes effectively.

 Provide constructive feedback to students and ensure assessments align with course objectives.

7. Committee Participation

 Contribute to academic and administrative committees, supporting departmental and institutional governance.

 Participate in decision-making processes regarding curriculum changes, student welfare, and departmental policies.

8. Professional Development

 Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in Computer Science and Information Technology.

 Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
