Senior Vice President - Fund Accounting

We are hiring for a leading Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad and are looking for a seasoned Fund Accounting leader with deep expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting .

This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and client management experience within global financial services with over 18 years of experience in Fund Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the Fund Accounting function.
• Overview of the daily operations including ensuring meeting of SLA’s, client engagement, service delivery and other administrative matters
• Ensure the review of NAV’s, capital event processes, partner capital statements and other processes related to work.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving talent and leadership development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and deliver business objectives.
• Develop reporting dashboards, MIS, and performance metrics for operational governance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and other fund participants.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client service agreements.
