Position: Area / Territory Manager Industry: Insurance Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: General Insurance Education Requirement: Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams Mandatory proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication Desired Candidate Profile Results-driven leader with strong people management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Fluent in Kannada with strong local market understanding Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment
