Renewals & Relationship Manager, Data-Driven Growth

S&P Global is seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to own end-to-end renewal processes for a portfolio of accounts and drive product adoption to secure recurring revenue.

In this global team, you will cultivate customer relationships, collaborate with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists, and leverage data analytics to monitor account health, identify churn risks, and uncover growth opportunities. This role requires office presence at least 2 days per week.
