Accounting & Financial Management
• Finalization of Accounts: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes,
ensuring the Balance Sheet and P&L reflect accurate data from both the Borivali
office and the Tarapur plant.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Manage GST filing, TDS returns, and ensure 100%
compliance with the latest 2026 Income Tax regulations.
• Audit Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory and internal
auditors, maintaining digital audit trails in Tally Prime.
• Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, oversee accounts
receivable/payable, and optimize credit cycles with chemical raw material suppliers.
• Production Data Compiling: Get data from the production team to develop invoicing
information from the same and then hand it over to the invoicing team.
• Maintaining in-built production software and Zoho Books: Use multiple software
platforms to ensure the data is true and easy to access for all departments.
