Job Description
Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation for hospitalized patients. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize mobility, function, and safe discharge planning. You will educate patients and families, document timely and accurately in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
