Westren Capital is a London-based proprietary trading firm specialising in digital asset markets. Our DeFi Algorithmic Trading team builds and runs systematic strategies across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance markets. The team works across both centralized exchanges and on-chain protocols, trading products such as spot, perpetual futures, options, and other digital asset instruments.The role combines quantitative research, trading, and engineering. Team members analyse large datasets, study market behaviour, develop alpha signals, and build automated trading systems designed to operate in fast-moving and fragmented markets. A strong emphasis is placed on execution quality, risk management, and scalable infrastructure.Researchers and traders work closely with engineers to develop tools, improve trading systems, and monitor live strategies.
