Job Description Commercial Interiors Superintendent - Manhattan, NYC Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through final turnover Manage daily jobsite operations, scheduling, and trade coordination Maintain project milestones and ensure activities align with the master schedule Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate multiple trades in occupied and high-profile environments Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and building management teams.
