Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R&D projects Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts Collaborate with R&D Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities Support process improvements and standardization within the R&D Operations team Requirements 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker) Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-driven, structured, and dependable Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
