Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background as an Ex-Navy Intelligence Officer who can bring strong analytical thinking, operational understanding, and structured execution into a dynamic environment. The role blends intelligence-driven decision-making with program management and basic business development support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Intelligence & Program Management

The candidate will leverage prior experience as an Ex-Navy Intelligence Officer to support strategic operations, information analysis, and decision-making processes. Responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and interpreting operational data; preparing intelligence summaries; locating, tracking, and monitoring vessels and ships using available maritime intelligence and open-source information; coordinating across teams; and supporting project execution. The role also involves program management responsibilities, including planning, tracking deliverables, ensuring project timelines are met, mitigating risks, and aligning multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and operational objectives.

2. Sales & Marketing Support

The candidate will assist in basic sales and marketing activities by contributing to market research, identifying potential opportunities, and supporting client engagement efforts. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating with internal teams for proposals, maintaining client communication records, and assisting in business outreach activities. A practical understanding of how to position solutions and support business growth will be important.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience as an Ex-Navy Intelligence Officer

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Basic understanding of program/project management

· Good communication and coordination abilities

· Exposure to sales support or client interaction is a plus

· Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
