Satellite Healthcare, Inc. seeks a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. The LVN will perform direct patient care, monitor treatments, administer medications, and support safe, effective dialysis procedures. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, the LVN will educate patients and families, document care accurately, follow clinical protocols, and partner with RNs and nephrologists to improve outcomes in both in-center and home dialysis settings.
