Pursue the following position and join us in building on our legacy of world-class patient and family-centered care by taking your career to the next level. </p><p> Mental Health Worker - Dual Focus Unit - Full Time Nights </p><p> As a Mental Health Worker, you'll be the eyes and ears of our dedicated care teamobserving and documenting patients' physical, emotional, and social behaviors, and reporting key insights to the nursing staff. Youll build therapeutic relationships, provide expert support during moments of anxiety, and assist patients with daily activities that promote healing and independence. </p><p> This is a full time, night shift position (11:30pm - 8am), includes working rotating weekends. </p><p> Preferred Criteria: </p><ul><li><p> College Degree </p></li><li><p> Minimum of one year experience in psychiatry or related medical field </p></li></ul><p> Required Criteria: </p><ul><li><p> High School Diploma or GED </p></li><li><p> BLS certification from the American Heart Association </p></li><li><p> Excellent Communication Skills </p></li></ul><p> Join a hospital where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
