Are you a seasoned advertising professional who knows how to lead teams, build brands, win clients, and create ideas that thrive in a fast-changing world?

We're looking for a leader with:

• 12+ years of experience in mainline advertising, brand communication, or integrated marketing

• A proven track record in client leadership, business development, and revenue growth

• Strong understanding of digital and integrated communication strategies

• The ability to inspire teams and drive strategic and creative excellence.

Expectation:

As an Account Director you will lead the agency's growth and operations in the region, shape brand and communication strategies, spearhead new business pitches, nurture key client relationships, mentor the team, and drive branch performance and profitability.
