Accountant | Charlotte, NC A growing and stable organization in the Charlotte market is seeking an Accountant to join its accounting team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with cash management, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and process improvement efforts. Manage cash activity across multiple bank accounts and entities Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Track and monitor daily cash activity Support client billing and related reconciliations Process commission payments and related accounting entries Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests Partner with internal departments to support business operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required At least 3 years of experience with treasury functions, cash management, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, or month-end close Strong Microsoft Excel skills Workday experience is a plus A proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset A team player who is willing to learn and support others Monday – Friday
