Resort Revenue Manager

The Riverside Hotel is a locally owned, resort-style hotel on 18.5 acres along the Boise River in Boise, Idaho. It features over 21,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple dining venues, riverfront entertainment, and live music. Role Description The Resort Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site position responsible for maximizing room and resort revenue through pricing strategies, demand analysis, and inventory management. Duties include monitoring market trends, forecasting revenue, analyzing performance, adjusting rates, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to meet financial goals. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of revenue management, revenue recognition, finance, and accounting. Experience with hotel revenue systems, channel management, and online booking platforms. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, finance, business, or a related field, and prior hotel revenue management experience are preferred.
