Project Manager

Responsibilities Related California Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Los Angeles. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple Tenant Improvement projects located in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience to manage the entire process, including estimating, scheduling, logistics, cost management, financial reporting, contract administration, and construction operations. Daily coordination with Design Consultants and Subcontractors. Ensure that each group is performing and meeting their responsibilities. Prepare trade contracts and scopes of work for the various projects and trades being managed in collaboration with others.
