Managing the adjudication and processing of supplemental insurance claims, the full-time remote Supplemental Claims Analyst will ensure accurate claim resolution, handle appeals and complaints, and mentor team members while collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely claim resolution Review and resolve appeals, complaints, and complex claim issues while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Train, mentor, and support team members to promote knowledge sharing, performance improvement, and professional growth Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred 2 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or financial services Minimum 1 year of supplemental claims experience, including Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness products Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Teams Experience working with ClaimsVantage, V3locity, and Correy systems
