Role SummaryLead end to end testing delivery for the account while serving as the primary onsite partner to Customer business technology testing and program leadership Responsible for delivery governance stakeholder engagement transformation leadership operational excellence and business outcomes across the testing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery LeadershipOwn successful delivery of testing services across programs releases and product portfolios.Govern quality schedule risk dependencies and release readiness.Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement across testing functions.Ensure alignment to agreed SLAs KPIs and contractual commitments.
Client Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to Customer testing program and technology leadershipBuild strong relationships with the business stakeholdersLead executive governance reviews steering committees and operational reviewsManage critical escalations and drive timely resolution.
Transformation Quality EngineeringLead adoption of TCoE standards governance and operating model changesDrive automation first AI enabled testing shift left and continuous testing practicesChampion quality engineering transformation initiatives across the portfolioInfluence testing strategy and roadmap decisions.
Commercial Portfolio GovernanceOwn portfolio health financial performance and delivery commitmentsSupport account growth solutioning and strategic initiativesDrive productivity efficiency and value realization targetsGovern supplier performance and cross vendor collaboration
Experience Skills20 years in Quality Engineering Testing and Technology DeliveryExperience leading large enterprise testing engagementsStrong executive stakeholder management and governance skillsExperience driving testing transformation and quality engineering initiativesStrong commercial financial and delivery management capabilities.
