Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur Nagar for Fresh/Experienced Chartered Accountants and Semi Qualified CAs. The role involves handling accounting and bookkeeping, assisting in statutory and tax audits, and preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include working on direct and indirect tax compliances, supporting GST and income tax filings, and assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments. The position also includes drafting reports, maintaining working papers, liaising with clients for data and clarifications, and supporting senior team members on consulting and certification work. The role offers structured exposure to core practice areas, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as skills and experience grow.

1) Qualified Chartered Accountant

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of accounting standards and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, income tax, TDS, and related compliance and filing processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar), MS Excel, and general office productivity tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Kanpur Nagar, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and continuous learning; prior articleship or practice experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ROC/Company Law compliances and basic understanding of financial management concepts is beneficial.

2) Semi Qualified CA ( Qualified CA Intermediate)/ Graduate
