Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals with experience in handling US or UK voice process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Experience in US/UK Voice Process or International BPO.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
