The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in retention, customer success, or account management. Key Responsibilities Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience. Handle cancellation and refund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention. Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain customer engagement. Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to address customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities. Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively. Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift). Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. Preferred Skills Customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills.
