Job DescriptionThe Sr. Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for working with current and potential customers to promote and optimize Soarus and MSIT products through phone sales, customer visits, and account management.Essential Role Responsibilities:Utilize sales practices to generate and develop new customers while effectively managing existing customersAnalyze sales and market data to summarize and report on business and market trendsDevelop and deliver sales presentations and closesProvide product feedback and development opportunities to enhance sales profitability Act as liaison between Customer Service team and suppliers to confirm progress of existing ordersStay updated on sales and business job knowledge as well as maintaining professional connections and networksProvide leadership and assist in mentoring junior sales staffPromote positive company culture and business ethics through ongoing business relationships and activities

Education Requirements and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer science, or a related field from an accredited college or university5+ years of technical sales experience
Preferred Experience:Experience in Polymer or Packaging Sales, a plusFluent in Spanish, a plus
