Cae durability analyst - powertrain gearbox

Modelling and analyzing transmission systems through 3 D FEM Modeling using Altair Hyper Works. Analyzing powertrain components for loads, stresses, and Lifetime. Calculating housing and other transmission components for hybrid and electric powertrain designs using simulation tools. Preprocessing of geometry in Altair Hyper Mesh/Sim Lab. Defining boundary conditions, perform Postprocessing and check for plausibility and Interpretation of simulation results. Creating reports according to Magna Powertrain specifications and templates, including recommendations and proposals for design optimization. Writing technical documents and presenting the results in an efficient manner.
