Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse (RN)

Columbine Manor Care Center in Salida, CO seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to long-term and short-stay residents. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families.
