Account Executive

Robert Half is growing in the Greater Baltimore market, and we're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our Administrative Customer Support (ACS) practice. This is a business development-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping businesses solve hiring challenges. You'll partner with hiring managers across the region while recruiting and placing top administrative and customer support talent. What you'll do: Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts Meet with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges Recruit, interview, and place administrative and customer support professionals Manage the hiring process from initial conversation through placement Leverage Salesforce, LinkedIn, AI-powered tools, and market insights to drive results Build your network and represent Robert Half in the local business community What we're looking for: Proven success in business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, or another client-facing role Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Competitive drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools such as Salesforce Why Robert Half? ?
