Green Apple Media is a fast-growing influencer marketing and digital media company that partners with leading brands and creators across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support the company's growth.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process creator, vendor, and client payments.
• Generate and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

• Experience working with startups, agencies, or digital media companies.
• Familiarity with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office), Saturday (Work From Home)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
