Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused PR Executive to enhance the customer experience and help capture memorable moments within our showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and assist in creating authentic customer stories and promotional content.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and their families to create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Interact with bridal customers and their families during their jewellery shopping journey.
• Coordinate with the sales team to capture customer experiences and jewellery trial moments with customer consent.
• Document key stages of the customer journey, including arrival, product selection, purchase, and celebration moments.
• Identify and collect customer testimonials, feedback, and success stories.
• Ensure proper customer consent is obtained before any photography or videography.
• Help customers feel comfortable and encourage genuine interactions for promotional and social media content.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create authentic customer engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu,Hindi and English.
