Jio is actively looking to hire candidates for the position Area service Incharge for Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Key requirements are Graduation OR Diploma in Engineering stream. Experience of 6-10 years in After sales service. Job Description 1. Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers, 2. Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations, 3. Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues, 4. Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel, 5. Responsible and accountable for service deliverables, 6. Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary, 7. Control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services, 8. Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given guidelines, 9. Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls, 10. Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gaps, 11. Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk-in customers, 12. Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs Skill sets: Relationship management Delegation skills Team management Diversity management Problem Solving skills Experience in area/zone for DTH Industry / Device Operations Geography knowledge Domain knowledge of DTH / Cable / Telecom/ Devices Understanding of business training requirements
