As a Neuro Trauma Registered Nurse, you provide specialized care to patients with complex neurological injuries and trauma in an acute, fast-paced setting. You perform comprehensive assessments, closely monitor neurological status and vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changes in condition. You coordinate interdisciplinary care, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care while applying evidence-based nursing practice and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
