All Pets Animal Hospital of Bentonville is seeking a compassionate, service-driven Veterinary Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our growing team. This is more than a receptionist positionit's an opportunity to become an integral part of a veterinary hospital dedicated to delivering outstanding client care and exceptional patient experiences.
We are looking for someone who is excited to build a long-term career in veterinary client care , values teamwork , and is committed to creating lasting relationships with our clients and patients. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you play a critical role in shaping their experience. Whether you're greeting clients at the front desk, answering questions over the phone, or helping guide pet owners through important medical visits, your compassion and professionalism help create trust and confidence in our hospital.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Obtain and accurately document patient histories and client information
  • Verify vaccination and testing records
  • Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with the medical team
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Assist clients with prescription diets, flea and tick preventatives, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian
  • Maintain accurate patient records within veterinary software systems
  • Support daily hospital operations and help ensure a smooth client experience
  • Deliver a hospitality-focused experience that exceeds client expectations

  • Medical reception experience considered
  • Strong customer service or hospitality background required
  • Experience with veterinary practice software is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary preventive care, vaccines, and wellness services is helpful
