Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js and REST API development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js .
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs .
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL .
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth .
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Perform API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Use Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Document APIs and backend technical processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript .
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs .
• Good knowledge of Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and data validation .
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Git .
• Good understanding of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
