We're Hiring – Customer Support Associate (International Voice & Chat)

Eligibility

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process (BPO) experience – Mandatory
• ✅ Graduation is Mandatory
• ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• ✅ Comfortable working with US & Australian customers
• ✅ Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Work Schedule

• ️ 5-Day Work Week
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
