Role & responsibilities Review and assess a broad range of complex loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities. Under write proposals as per the laid down policies & procedure. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits. Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.
