Location: Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site Field Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Joining: September 2026 Reporting To: CEO About the Role Bal Vidya Kendra Eduservices LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Business Head to lead and scale our School Franchise Business. We are looking for a senior professional who can take ownership of franchise growth, build and manage a strong business development team, drive franchise acquisitions, and oversee franchise operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the School Franchise Business. Build, lead and manage the Sales & Business Development team. Drive franchise acquisition from lead generation to final closure. Develop and execute strategies to achieve franchise growth targets. Manage franchise operations and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees. Build strong relationships with franchise partners and drive long-term business growth. Candidate Profile 5 years of experience in School/Education Franchise Business. Proven experience in franchise sales and team management . Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of franchise business development and operations. Ability to independently manage and grow the franchise vertical. Relevant industry experience is mandatory. Qualification Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Management preferred. Compensation ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month 5% incentive per franchise Territory & Travel Primary Territory: Uttar Pradesh, with opportunities across other states as required.
