Management Trainee (HR) – 6-Month Internship/ Management Trainee / Contract

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Management Trainees for a 6-month duration across two distinct tracks within our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh HR management graduates looking to gain hands-on corporate experience.

Position 1: HR Operations Management Trainee

Focus: Employee Lifecycle & HR Systems

• Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with seamless onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases (HRIS).
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate critical headcount, attendance, and training reports using Excel and data tools.
• Required Qualifications:
• Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related management field.
• Experience: Fresher.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, basic Excel proficiency (data analysis), sharp attention to detail, and a high learning agility.

Position 2: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Management Trainee

Focus: Sourcing, Candidate Management & Onboarding

• Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified talent pools using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal employee referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screening and preliminary phone/virtual interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds and manage smooth communication between hiring managers and applicants.
• Onboarding Support: Help execute joining formalities, host orientations, and maintain candidate tracking databases.
• Required Qualifications:
• Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR/recruitment.
• Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
