Job Type Full-time Description <p> Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Addiction Medicine - Full-Time (W2) </p><p> Ideal Option PLLC </p><p> Location: Caldwell, ID (100% on site)</p><p> Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday)<br /> Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (W-2)</p><p> Compensation: $68-$76/hr </p><p> Please note: We are not currently hiring for part-time or 1099/contract positions. </p><p> About Ideal Option </p><p> Ideal Option is a national leader in outpatient addiction medicine, dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders with evidence-based, compassionate care. Since 2012, weve grown to 80+ clinics across 9 states, empowering thousands of patients each week to reclaim their lives, reunite with family, and rebuild their futures. </p><p> Position Overview </p><p> Were seeking a passionate full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Ideal Option provider team in a primarily remote position that will occasionally provide on-site coverage in multiple clinic locations. In this role, youll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance. </p><p> Responsibilities include: </p><ul><li> Conduct new and established patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders, including opioids, alcohol, stimulants, and sedatives </li><li> Initiate and manage patients on buprenorphine and other maintenance medications for substance use disorders </li><li> Administer long-acting injectable medications (buprenorphine, naltrexone)</li><li> Monitor response to treatment, adjust medications, and review lab results </li><li> Collaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams </li><li> Document appropriately in our EMR (eCW)</li><li> Deliver care both in-person and via telemedicine </li></ul><p> What We Offer </p><ul><li> Competitive pay and full benefits </li><li> Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li> Short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program </li><li> Paid time off and holidays </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li> Malpractice coverage </li><li> ASAM membership </li><li> UpToDate license </li><li> Reimbursement for Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenses </li></ul><p> Qualifications </p><ul><li> Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license </li><li> Active DEA license </li><li> Strong and efficient communication and documentation skills </li><li> Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered addiction care </li><li> No prior addiction medicine experience required! </li></ul><p> Join us in making a difference one patient, one family, and one community at a time. </p> Requirements <p> Qualifications: </p><p> Active, Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License </p><p> Active DEA License </p> Salary Description $68-$76/hr
